About Us:
Francis Ames is a solo entrepreneur with a passion for crafting and teaching. She is a Paper Crafting and Cricut Instructor. She has been teaching since 2016 in person and has ventured to online tutorial, courses, and summit presentations since 2023. She has taught thousands of students online on how to create projects with their Cricut machine, 3D paper crafts, scrapbooking, and card making.
Refundable vs Non-Refundable Items
Non-Refundable
This site currently offers the option to purchase digital products such as editable templates, svg design files, workbooks, eBooks, unique designs, and courses which are non-refundable.
Physical Products
The public has shown an interest in physical products as well and the current offering will be updated for purchase. Non-personalized items can be returned. However, if the item is personalized items such as with name or image then the item is non-refundable.
If a physical product is shipped and not received then the buyer will receive full refund or store credit.
If a shipment is returned due to undeliverable address, the buyer must provide a valid address and pay for a new shipment expense. If buyer does not respond to emails within 2 weeks, a refund of non-personalized item will be given to the buyer minus the cost of shipment. For example, item costs $59 and shipping was $10, the buyer will receive a $49 refund or will need to pay an additional $10 to have the item shipped again.
Processing Orders
We will process orders typically within 48 hours, Monday through Friday, from 10 am to 6 pm EST for physical products that are not custom made.
Digital products are delivered immediately via email link, so please check your Spam filter to ensure you received the digital product.
Processing Time for Custom Orders will depend on the item. Typically 5-7 days, but during rush/holiday season it may take 2-3 weeks. Party Favor bundles and Group T-Shirt Bundles will need a 3 weeks lead time. Customers will receive an update via email when the order is being made and the expected ship date. Another email will be sent with shipping information for you to track your order. Please plan according when placing your order to ensure you receive items in a timely manner.

T-shirts are typically pre-washed, pre-shrunk, and true to size.
SHIPPING
We typically ship Monday through Friday from 11 am to 4 pm, EST using USPS First Class or Priority Mail. In some instances, we will use UPS or FedEx shipping providers for larger orders. We do add insurance to the shipping cost.
